When firing woodkilns with a larger group of the same form, there is always a variety of surface effect. Some resemble each other more than others. So it is with this group: four small wing bowls and four small toast plates that all have an unusually heavy dusting of whitish yellow ash. The last of this effect from the beloved and now deconstructed Tin Man Kiln.

Wing bowls are about 7” at their widest, 5” otherwise, and 1 1/4” deep. Toast plates (sometimes known as bread and butter plates), are also about 7” by 6” by 1/2”.

All of these are fine for the oven or dishwasher
