Biwa Restaurant Purchases Tableware

Kina Voelz and Gabe Rosen of Biwa Restaurant have incorporated Careen's durable tableware into their everyday rotation.  Having thoroughly tested a few Wing bowls in the rigors of their kitchen, they used the opportunity of a menu change to order a group of small platters, bowls and side plates.  Gabe sends images as well as approval of their appeal, their capacity to withstand the industrial dishwasher, and fast pace at which the staff is moving!
